Based in Springville, New York, Kody & Herren are multi-instrumentalists, performing on guitar, violin, harmonica, mandolin, and more. Nick and Lydia’s original material is inspired heavily by roots music and their duets provide a strong chemistry on stage. Vocal harmonies and the overall dynamics of a song are very important to them, and they aim to entertain an audience.

Hello! We're Nick Kody & Lydia Herren (hence Kody & Herren) and we are two adventure seekers looking to explore the world! We love writing and performing music, trying new foods, discovering exciting landscapes and natural beauty, and experiencing interesting cultural traditions. Oh and we also love dogs! Debut Album "Till The Sun Will Rise"

After spending the last year recording, Kody & Herren are excited to release their debut album titled "Till The Sun Will Rise". It will mark the first time they have collaborated together as songwriters. The record consists of 15 songs recorded at GCR Audio in Buffalo, NY with additional recording at Laughing Tiger Studios in San Rafael, CA. Co-produced with engineer Brad Lauchert of Bad Tone Productions, the album features multiple styles of music and the sound is filled out by Nick & Lydia on multiple instruments along with a few guest musicians including Mark Panfil, Tim Murray, Charlie Porter, Amanda Craver, Brad Lauchert, and Jason & Kiersten Ferguson.
